The clay court season is in full swing, and even though Alcaraz will just be a spectator rather than a player this year, that doesn't mean you have to be too! The French Open will be coming to Sheen on Sunday 24th May from 2.30-5.00pm and you are all invited to take part.

The tennis will be in the form of a fun doubles tournament, with the opportunity to play with lots of different people. This will take place until around 4.30pm, and there will be presentations afterwards. There will be prizes for the winning man and woman, and of course a prize for best-dressed – so make sure you bring a bit of 'oh là là' with you! You'll also be able to stick around for a few drinks afterwards, as the bar will be open late. Entry costs £5, and there are 24 places available.

One last thing – please sign up by Wednesday 20th May, so that we have a bit of time to put things together before the day.

To enter, this needs to be done via the new system:

• Log into the court booking system EITHER via the Sheen LTSC website OR by logging in directly
• On the court booking system, go to 24th May 2.30-5.00pm.
• Click on any of the sessions labelled 'French Open Tennis Tournament' (you only need to click one).
• Click 'I will be attending'

NB If the Tournament is full, click on 'Cancellation Alert' underneath the court booking table (next to 'Later Times'), set the times to just one hour of the Tournament and you will be notified if anyone cancels their place. 

To cancel your own place, go back into the booking and click the little bin symbol by your name.
