As already confirmed, a short SGM will be held in the clubhouse next Saturday 11th December commencing at 2:30pm. Joanna Mills was the unopposed nomination for Club Chair so will be declared elected at the meeting provided it is quorate.
Please come along on Saturday and join in the pre-holiday tennis tournament, carol singing, and festive fare starting at 11:30am and participate in a short SGM at 2:30pm between the tennis and the carols to meet and welcome Joanna as our new Club Chair.
The final agenda is attached and the online e-voting facility will be opened to eligible members at mid-day on Monday 6th December. Just log-in to the member area of the website from then to access the e-voting form, but please come along in person if you can!
